The pipe mould after using must be performed grinding and peening to stress relieving. It is prohibited to leave it alone after taking out from the centrifuge machine, which will cause cracking in the storage process due to the change of internal stress.
If the pipe mould is not used for a long time, the both ends shall be closed by plastic cloth to avid inner hole cracking exacerbated or burst due to the long-term cross-ventilation and alternating cold and heat temperature.
Before long-term storage (more than 1 month), the pipe moulf hole size shall be inspected, and measured once for every other month. The position will be adjusted according to the measurement data and the pipe mould hole and receeay as well as seal ring shall be greased for protection.
For long-unused thin-walled casting pipe moulds, the deformation should be tested for every other month, and the support position should be adjusted according to the teat results.
For small size mould, one support point shall be set for every 2 meters to ensure meet the requirements of the full length straightness.
